I've been apartment hunting for a while and you can't beat this place. You pay for what you get and the pros definitely outweigh the cons for this place. You can't beat the price and the upgraded renovated units definitely look comparable to other apartments where you would pay at least $500 + more. It's obvious the owners are investing a lot of money into getting the property renovated with lots of construction going on. Also the office staff are very helpful and eager to answer any questions you have.

Lucky raffle winners

I just returned from work and I see this pink paper taped to my door. I looked at it when I went inside my place and I am one of five lucky raffle winners. Yay 🥳🥳🥳

New administration has made things A LOT better

I like that the new owner is improving the property with an electronic gate, fencing, cameras and new pool furniture. The property is much cleaner now. There is even a sheriff deputy and police officer that moved in.
